For allmost 40 years New Holland has been building skills and technical experience you benefit from today.

This experience together with extensive up to date machines encompassing cutting, laser cutting/profiling up to 9mm thick with our state of the art wiedemann flexi-lasercombination machine (cut and punch),cnc punching on two wiedamann 24station auto indexing machines, cnc bending, welding, rolling and tube bending enables our company to provide customers with the design, development and production of fine limit and general sheet metal parts and assemblies.

Components and assemblies up to 3 metres long by a maximum of (9mm thick dependent on length) can be produced in small and large quantities on a J.I.T. or a KANBAN basis to meet customer's precise needs. 

With a small management team and tightly controlled overheads New Holland reacts quickly and efficiently to customer's increasing demands for shorter lead times and faster turnaround, and most importantly consistently high quality products, that can go straight into the customer's final assembly without further inspection.

New Holland prides itself on attention to detail and a willingness to make anything in sheet metal, from large electronic enclosures to small component parts for heart pacemakers.

In order to speed up turnaround and avoid quality problems New Holland can machine parts, bend tubes and produce pressed parts in house. This greatly enhances the company's ability to bring together various parts quickly and effectively, providing customers with complete product thereby reducing the need for additional assembly operations.

New Holland serves the electronic industry making cabinets, cases and racks etc., as well as various stainless steel items for the catering industry and medical equipment for the pharmaceutical industry. In addition a whole variety of one offs and small quantities of general fabrication for Lighting, Construction, Transport, Building and the Retail Industries are produced.

Throughout all of the production process strict Q.A. procedures are applied in accordance with the company's ISO 9002 accreditation. Full trace-ability and conformity are assured with hard copy documents available if required.

All finishing processes including painting and plating are carried out by our approved suppliers in accordance with customer requirements.

Delivery throughout the UK is provided by our own transport.
